Healthy Protein Cookie Dough For One

Here is a super simple treat that you can make with ingredients you probably already have in your pantry.

Ingredients: 
1/2 Banana, Mashed
1 Scoop Vanilla Protein Powder
1/4 Cup Oat Flour
1 Tbsp Almond Butter or Peanut Butter
1/2 Tbsp Maple Syrup or Honey 
1/2 Tbsp Milk
1 Tbsp Chocolate Chips (Optional)

Directions: 
In a bowl, combine the banana, protein powder,oat flour and maple syrup or honey and mix very well.

In a small bowl melt the nut butter with the maple syrup or honey.

Add the wet ingredients to the dry ingredients until fully incorporated.

Add milk until desired consistency is reached. 

Top with chocolate chips if using.
